I missed 1 very important item to the email just sent. 

You must register 48 hours in advance for all evening practices. They will automatically close at 8:00 PM two days prior.

(i.e.  If you want to sign-up for the June 12th practice, you must RSVP sign-up by 8:00 PM on June 10th).

Sorry for the second email!  Hope that clears up any confusion!
