Good evening Families!

Unfortunately this is short notice due to availability for our picnic but we hope that you can attend!

Please let us know by Friday July 10th of your attendance at the end of season picnic. 

The picnic is potluck style with the team providing drinks, hot dogs & hamburgers, condiments, and eat ware (plates, napkins, utensils) and the cake! We ask that attendees bring an appetizer or side dish. 

The picnic will be held on Sunday August 12th from 5:30-9:00 PM at the pool in the pavilion. You are encouraged to bring chairs as space at the tables is reserved for swimmers and the pool is still open so chairs are limited. 

The picnic will include swimming, dinner, and awards. 

Awards will be begin at approximately 7:00 PM. Dinner will begin to be served around 6:15 PM.

EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT ATTEND PLEASE RSVP so we know who to contact for gift and/or awards pick-up. 

We ask that all attendees bring a dish with them to share. Please remember we have close to 90 members on our team plus their families, so please make LARGE portions.
