Congratulations to all of our Marlins on a great meet yesterdray! The Marlins swam well, but were outmatched numbers wise in our upper age groups. Results have been loaded into your swimtopia accounts and a PDF is attached of the full results.

There is NO meet this weekend....happy 4th! Our next meet is July 10th at Home. 

For our new swimmers and our summer only swimmers, please keep the date for the Devon Crest Novice Invitational marked down for Tuesday July 13th! There is a small entry fee per event, but our swimmers have done fantastic in the past and we as a team have placed top 3 for the last several years. 

At our meet on Saturday there was 1 TEAM record broken!
Caitlyn Altenburger broke the 11-12 girls 100 Free record with a new time of 1:12.65; beating her own record set last week. 

Way to go Caitlyn!

Practice Updates/Reminders

Mini Team - is held Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Wednesday for the 9:00 AM group will end at 9:50 (every Wednesday). Parks and Rec is coming in and we need to be out by 10 AM.

Fundraising

Attached are details for 2 R&K sub sales. One for July 14th delivery (orders due July 6th) and another for July 28th (orders due July 19th). If doing a check please make payable to Mt. View Swim Club. Money is due with orders. 

I'm looking to add another fundraiser but would like some ideas that parents would like to do. I may be able to get us a night swim, but also was considering a Popcorn Sale (6 oz flavored bags). However I'm open to ideas especially if someone is willing to organize!
