Good afternoon,

Please see a few announcements below about evening session tonight, the meet this Saturday and Divisional Entries.

Practice Tonight
Due to the potential for weather, we will make the call tonight around 6 PM if we will hold practice or not. Tonight's group will be the traditional Tuesday practice group. 

Novice Meet

If you signed up for the novice meet and haven't let me know if you can still attend on Thursday or not please do so ASAP. 

Saturday's Meet - Please RSVP by tomorrow 7/14
(More information will be sent on Thursday/Friday) but for now and planning purposes-
Arrival will be 7:45 AM. Meet starts at 8:30 AM. 

Timers signed up for lanes 1, 2, and 3 may move to 4, 5 and 6 as the second timer.

Piranhas has asked if we could have a few extra volunteers in case they are unable to fill all of their spots. You will see that on the sign-ups. These folks may or may not be needed and should check in with Coach Jess on Saturday morning. 

Divisionals/All Stars & Mid-Caps
Just a friendly reminder to sign-up (attending or not) for Divisionals in Swimtopia by Saturday at 5:00 PM. 

The volunteer list was JUST added in, so if you already did your registration and are attending please go back in and consider volunteering. Volunteers get free admission!

Please also complete the additional Google Form (https://forms.gle/Gmnyp5rK9ib3EXWV9) regarding your 3rd choice event (You will definitely swim the first 2 choices), willing to participate in relays, and if you are able to go to All Stars and Mid-Caps if you qualify.

Both parts must be completed!
