As promised here are some details you need to know for this weekend.

Tomorrow, Saturday July 24:
Location: Divisionals at Dauphin Pool (590 Claster Blvd, Dauphin, PA 17018)

Arrival: 7:00 AM, warm-ups will start shortly after so plan ahead! (gates open at 6;15 AM)

Spectator Cost: $5.00, volunteers get in free check the list for sign-ups.

Volunteers (except area monitor and line-up from our team): Please check in when you arrive to get your name tag!

Meet Start: 8:00 AM

Program Cost: $1.00

* The meet is expected to end around noonish. Please make sure to clean up your area before you go.

All Stars: Sunday July 25th

Location: Annville Pool 1901 East Maple St. Annville, PA 17003

When will I know if my swimmer makes it? After the conclusion of all 3 divisional meets they will compile the results then take out swimmers that are unable to participate. I will send an email out (hopefully between 5 and 6 PM) with qualifiers. You are asked if your name is on the list to confirm you are good and will be there by 8:00 PM on Saturday. If I don't hear from you I will text/call as all attendees need confirmed!

What if my swimmer only makes it in a relay, do I actually have to come for the whole meet? No, we will get a meet timeline on Saturday and you will be given a time to arrive and will be asked to text or find Coach Jess to check in when you arrive. 

Warm-ups: Unknown at this time, could be as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 8:15 AM, will depend on how many make it from each team.

Meet Start: 9:25 AM

Admission: $5.00  (I did presubmit some names for volunteering, but if anyone would like to volunteer please let me know Saturday night)

Spectators: Previously there was a 2 spectators per family limit, they have lifted this limit entirely but ask that only immediate family/grandparents attend. They are also welcome to watch it on livestream on Sunday at swimotters.org

Midcaps:
Usually we know who will make the third round of championships on Saturday July 31st by swimmers simply placing in the top 8 this year. However, this year there may be swimmers that scratch from the Mid-cap meet. Please keep an eye out for qualifiers if you finish 9th through 16th at All Stars!
