Good morning,

Few quick update as we head into the weekend:

For those that are evening only participants-First Practice is Sunday June 12th for Black and Blue groups.

The season officially begins on Monday June 13th.
*Mini Team swimmers, lessons begin on Monday June 13th at 10 AM. Mini Team officially starts June 27th*

Please remember there is NO practice today, Thursday June 9^th nor Friday June 10^th as the pool does open for the season today.

*Our first meet is indoors at Lebanon YMCA on Saturday June 18^th. We will have details for the meet, including RSVP information up by Saturday morning. We are awaiting details from them about timing of the meet as they are the host.

Fees:
Yesterday/early this morning everyone was sent their fees for the 2022 season.

IMPORTANT-Personalized Items:
In your orders were any custom orders (caps with names or not, t-shirts, and what you ordered for on towels).

*Caps have been ordered so they can try to arrive by our first meet (shipping has been incredibly slow with everything). If there is an error in the caps, we can get them reprinted but there is a 10-12 day turnaround.

*Swimmer Shirts Please correct any order by Friday morning. We had to move to a new screen printer this year so orders must be in by Friday for those shirts. Spirt wear will open up next week.

*Team Towels - These have a hard deadline of Friday 6/10 (no later than 5 PM) to confirm the name (at the bottom of your fee email in blue text). If there are any changes in how you want a name listed it must be sent in by Friday. These have an 8 week turnaround because they are custom woven with the names included in the weave. This order cannot be modified once submitted:

It is very important to check these and let me know of any issues ASAP, If I don’t hear from you I will assume what you have is correct.

Fundraiser Buyout Reminder:
As a reminder, if you did not opt for the Fundraising Buyout, you will need to fundraise that amount. If you fail to meet the amount owed we will let you know in Mid-July what you owe.

First Fundraiser (you earn $2.25 per sub/sandwich sold):
Our first fundraiser is R&K Subs and Sandwiches.
Orders are due by Tuesday June 21st (with payment)
Pick-up will be Wednesday June 29th at 6:45 PM

*Attached are the two order forms; one for subs and one for pretzel sandwiches. There will also be forms available this week at practice.

Our next order will be Due July 11^th; order forms will be sent for that after this order window closes.
