Good morning,

Meet sign-ups for the meet this Saturday are now open. I apologize for the delay but was waiting to hear from Lebanon Y. More details will be forthcoming as I attempt to get more information about logistics (seeding, etc.) but here is what you need to know and what I can provide for you now:

Location: Lebanon YMCA 01 N 7th St, Lebanon, PA 17046

Pool details: We will be sitting INSIDE (in the gym) as this is an indoor pool.

Spectator Seating: Limited on deck, you are asked to only go in to watch your swimmer rather than hang out on deck. 

Arrival: 7:45 AM so you are there, situated and ready for warm-ups

Meet Start: 8:30 AM  (for our new families, meets typically take about 4 hours, but often are closer to 3)

Friendly reminder: Our league has a policy that no pictures may be taken behind the blocks and flag area to blocks, or at the turn end of the pool and flag area to turn end. This is for swimmer safety. Please only take pictures/videos on the side of the pool of swimmers during their race between the flag area. 

What We Need You To Do to RSVP:

Regardless of whether or not you are attending the meet we need to know. You can RSVP completely online. Please RSVP by Wednesday June 15th.  Please Please Please use the online RSVP, emailing/telling a coach is difficult to keep track of!

Speaking of running a meet....We need volunteers (parents) to help the meet run. When we are the away team we have far less positions to fill, however, Lebanon YMCA only has 22 rostered swimmers, so we were asked to prepare a few additional volunteers in case there is a need. Please sign up for needed positions first rather than the "Additional help" or "Extra" positions.
