Hello,

I wanted everyone to be aware we DO NOT have a meet next Saturday June 25th. Instead, we have a meet on Friday evening July 1st at the Koons pool. 

*As a heads up, we will only hold an optional short start and turn practice on Friday, July 1st due to the meet that night for those that would like to attend, more details are forthcoming. There will be no regular practices that day.

Also, I've added the word "DUAL" in front of all of our meets that are against other teams in our division and are towards our win/loss record. These meets are all open for RSVPS, but job sign-ups will wait until the week before. These upcoming meets are on: Friday July 1st (at Koons), Saturday July 9th at Home, and Saturday July 16th at home. 

Our meet on July 1st, will likely be the meet that decides the division champions. I know it's a holiday weekend, but we, unfortunately, did not get much say in when they could host a meet (or when we were scheduled to swim them) as they wanted to do them Friday nights. If you can make every effort to attend that would be great!

RSVPs are already open for this meet, but I do not have exact details. Warm-ups are anticipated to be 5 PM with a 5:30 start time. Relays will be first for this meet as they are medley relays. 

Hummelstown Relay Meet

I put a placeholder on our calendar for this invitational. (Pay to enter meet). If your swimmer is interested in this relay meet please indicate yes (or no) by Sunday evening. If we have enough swimmers in an age group that wish to attend I will contact you regarding entries. The meet is Monday June 27th at Hummelstown Pool. It is optional as it is an invitational. Other Invitationals:
Information for other invitationals will be loaded into SwimTopia for meets this weekend. The meet information will be attached to each meet. Deadlines for entires will be in the meet name and "Placeholder" will be removed when opened.

First Fundraiser Reminder:

Reminder that our first fundraiser (R&K sub sale) is due on Tuesday June 21st. Orders will be delivered on June 29th. Order forms are attached. I know some folks may be away so if you have orders you may email them. I attached copies of the order forms again. 

Picture Day:

Picture day is planned for Saturday July 16th before the meet. More details forthcoming. 

Spirit Wear:

 Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, our long time vendor was unable to do our orders this year so we had to move somewhere else. Our store is open and ready!  Because of the delay, it will only be open for 10 days since orders due take some time to process because of all the shipping delays but it will be here before the end of the season.
