Good afternoon,

Due to staffing shortages at the pool during the month of August the picnic will need to be moved to a day where there are enough guards available. Unfortunately the 14th will not work due to a shortage. 

Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot of options in August where there is guard availability so that I and Sara (who guards at the pool) can attend. I do also want to let everyone know I go back to school on the 17th for in-service. 

I've scheduled the picnic for Sunday September 4th from 5 to 8 PM. I understand this is labor day weekend and many folks will already have plans. I will do my best to arrange additional pick up windows of gifts, ribbons, and awards throughout September. 

Details/Instructions on the RSVP and sides/snacks sign up will be out soon, but I wanted to get this out ASAP. We will also have shirt orders for Division Champs for parents (swimmers will get one) out this week as well.
