Hello,

Please read the traffic flow information for seeding tomorrow. Also please print your own heat sheet or save digital copies of the attached.  They will NOT have them for spectators tomorrow. 

We are only a few hours away from the Annual Mid Cap Summer Swimming Championships that will be held at Cumberland Valley High School. Here is a basic overview the school. We will have three heats (seeded) in the chairs on the pool deck just inside the doors labeled “swimmer entrance”. We will have one heat behind the blocks, thus 4 heats “in the cue”. Your team responsibility is to get your swimmers to the seeding area. We have speakers outside the natatorium so you can clearly hear what events need to be in the seeding area. We will NOT be seeding more than 3 heats ahead.

After your swimmer’s race, they will exit the CV Nat using the doors behind the blocks. I recommend swimmers being their sandals or deck shoes to the blocks. We have wash baskets at the blocks for swimmers to drop their gear. After the swimmer’s race, they can get their shoes/sandals on and walk on the grass around the pool back to the team tent area or re enter the CV Nat to the warm down pool
