Attached is our entry fee report per swimmer as well as your entry events. Your fee to the right on the same line as your name. Please remit payment on or before the invite via check (payable to Mt. View Swim Team) or cash. If doing cash please put in an envelope with your name on it so we can mark it correctly (and yes I will forget who hands me cash!)
