Hello,

Entries for Divisionals are now locked in. Minus a 15-18 girls relay there were no changes or issues notified to me from the pdf I was by the meet host. At this point if you scratch due to illness or injury you will still be responsible for any fees.

Volunteers:

We are still looking for the following volunteers for Divisionals from our team (comes with free admission!):
(3) second half timers
(1) stroke and turn official

Other Important Details
Unlike other meets this meet also has paid admission (if you volunteer you get in free!). Admission is $5.00 per person (12 and under is free). 

Bathrooms: The pool bathrooms are for swimmers only. Coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators must use the porta-potties. 

Warm-ups: We get the whole pool to ourselves, but it will be early and is only 20 minutes!  Please arrive no later than 6:40 for warm-ups.  One-way sprints will occur around 7:45.
*IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO COME TO TEAM WARM-UPS AND WILL COME LATER OR ONLY FOR SPRINTS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE SCRATCH MEETING IS BEFORE ONE-WAY SPRINTS. 

Meet Start: 8:15 AM

Concessions: They willl have a full concession. Rita's and a coffee truck will also be on site. 

Photography reminder: It remains the same as previous meets. Per MPSL Rules, all photographs and videos taken during the event must be from the side of the pool, between the backstroke flags. No Photographs or videos may be taken from behind the starting blocks or at the turn end of the pool. No exceptions. This includes the use of cell phones. [For those wondering, this is done out of a safety for all our athletes]

Scratches for All Stars/Mid-Caps:

If you see your name below you cannot attend All Stars and/or Mid-Caps. If your name is not below and you cannot attend Sunday's All Star meet if your swimmer qualifies or the Mid-cap meet on Saturday July 27th please notify us before Friday.
