Mid-Cap Details

Hello Mid Cap Participants,

Attached please find the finalized program for the meet. They will NOT be printing copies to sell so please print your own at home.

Warm-ups: Our time is 6:45 AM (this is not first warm-ups, and is session 2 of 2 for MPSL teams....MPSL warms up first), please plan to arrive by 6:30
*If you are not coming for warm-ups please let me know* The warm-up pool will be open beginning at 8:15 AM for open warm-up for all teams/swimmers until 1:00 PM. 

One-Way Sprints: There will only be an opportunity for starts at 7:00 AM for our league, it's only 10 minutes in length. (THEY WILL NOT OFFER ONE WAY SPRINTS AT THE BREAK BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND HALF). 

Meet Starts: 8:15 AM

Parking: Parking in the lot at Palmyra is small, please pay attention to signage. DO NOT PARK AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE (They will tow you!!!)

Tent Set-up: We can set up tents at 7:30-8:30 at Palmyra. We do have a limited space assigned meaning that not every family will be able to have a tent. I was told think of about 4 tents per team. If you would like to bring a tent on Friday to set-up please do. I will likely be there already counting shirts for each team. 

Volunteers: We have 1 volunteer spot that needs filled (first half back-up timer). It's currently assigned to Eric Lawson, but if anyone is willing it's up for grabs! They need to go to the timers meeting at 7:50 AM

Staging: We had to provide names for 2 staging coordinators for our team (get kids from tent to seating area). They must attend the swim coordinators meeting at 7:30 AM. I submitted Ali and Colleen for this, but as long as we have someone go to the swim coordinators meeting we are covered. I know we will get our kids to the seating area!
