For our swim team families, please note that all of our dual meets and all but 1 of the invitationals are available for sign-ups now. I know many families tend to head for vacation the first week right after school is out, so we wanted to make sure that you submit your RSVP especially if you won't attend sooner rather than later. The first week of regular season is always super busy and tracking down RSVPs is always a major part of that. When you RSVP yes it will ask you to volunteer. We need volunteers to run a successful meet.

Dual meets are free attendance/entries. Coaches pick the swimmers events and relays for these meets. They occur on Saturday. We ask that you complete your RSVP no later than 12:00 PM the Wednesday before the meet. 

Invitationals happen during the week in the evening. You pay for your entries but you get to pick your events. If the invitational has a relay option, we try to put one together if we can and have willing participants. Deadlines for entries are typically 1 to 2 weeks ahead of the meet so planning ahead is important regarding your attendance. 

Please let us know if you have any questions; although auto-respond is on in our email, it is being checked. As school let's out the swim team gets a lot of questions about pool memberships so we want to make sure to direct them to the right place.
