Hi Team,

We’re looking forward to a great evening at the Devon Crest Novice Meet tomorrow, Tuesday, July 8th! Here are the important things you need to know to make the night run smoothly:

💰 Entry Fee Reminder

We are still collecting payment for meet entries. If you have not yet paid, please do so before the meet.

✅ We have already received payment from:
Doman, Miller, Morrison

❗ Everyone else: Please submit payment ASAP.

• Entry fees are $5 per individual event (for this meet the team pays for the relays)
• Cash payments must be in an envelope labeled with your name and “Novice Meet.”
• Make checks payable to Mt. View Swim Team (we pay them with 1 check for all entries)

🕓 Arrival & Warm-ups

• Warm-up time: 4:50 PM-5:05 PM
• Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time to walk to the entrance, check in, and find our team’s spot.
• Please sit with the team or let one of our parents helping with line-up know where you are. If you are not with the team we can't promise we will find you so you don't miss your event. 
• We sit at the top of the hill by the concession stand. You are encouraged to bring your own tents.
• Gates open at 4:15 PM. The meet starts at 5:30 PM.

💺 Parking & Admission

• Parking at the pool is restricted to handicapped (with placard), coaches, and volunteers.
• General parking will be available at Northside Elementary.
• Admission is $5 per person (kids under 12 are free).
• Concessions will be open with a variety of hot food.
