We’re looking forward to a great evening of racing at the 42nd Annual Willowood Invitational this Wednesday, July 9 at Willowood Swim Club in Elizabethtown!

📍 Location:
Willowood Swim Club
600 W. Bainbridge Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022

🕒 Arrival & Warm-ups:

• Arrive by: 3:00 PM  [We tend to sit near the playground equipment]
• Team warm-up time: 3:20–3:40 PM
• Meet start time: 5:00 PM

🏊 Meet Info:

• Fly-over starts may be used for swimmers ages 11 & over

---

💰 Entry & Spectator Fees:

• Swimmer entry: $5.00 per event
  • We are looking for those fees, if paying by cash please put in an envelope with your name and meet name on it!
• Spectator admission: $5.00 – CASH ONLY
• Food available via snack shack and food trucks (cash and card); bake sale is cash only

🏅 Awards:
Swimmers will compete for custom banners, medals, ribbons, and heat winner ribbons.

🌩️ Weather Info:
This is a rain or shine event. If thunder or lightning occurs, all attendees must seek shelter in their vehicles (not enough space under cover on-site). No refunds for weather cancellations.
