Hi everyone,

Here are the important details for tomorrow’s meet at Dauphin:

📍 Location:
Dauphin Pool
590 Claster Blvd, Dauphin, PA 17018 

🕖 Arrival & Schedule:

• Arrival by: 7:20 AM
• Warm‑ups: To follow shortly after arrival
• Meet Start: 8:15 AM
• Estimated End: Around 11:00 AM

📣 Volunteers Needed:

• 1 more second‑half line‑up volunteer — please let me know if you can help!

🚗 Parking:

• There is a paved lot and additional gravel parking spaces available.

🏊 Relays:

• Medley relays will be first, starting at Event 1.
• Not all swimmers will be in a relay due to limited legal breaststroke/fly swimmers in some age groups.

🎓 Senior Recognition:

• Dauphin will honor their seniors at the halfway point of the meet.

📍 Team Seating & Pool Rules:

• We’ll sit on the turn‑end/slide side of the pool.
• Starter side and parking‑lot side are reserved for the home team.
• The starter area is roped off — please steer clear of it.
• Keep young children away from the diving well, shallow stair area, and baby pool.
• Parents not on deck unless volunteering — the area behind the blocks gets crowded. Line-up volunteers and coaches will guide swimmers to and from the blocks.

📸 Photography Reminder:

• Dauphin’s pool is Z‑shaped, with limited space for photos.
• No photos or videos from the start or turn end of the pool within the flag area. You can take photos between the flags! Please remind all family members, especially grandparents who are often are rule violators. Officials/volunteers will enforce this.

• Event entries are being finalized and this meet will determine the division champion — thanks for your patience!
