With Divisional entries officially submitted, our next mission is a big one—filling our volunteer roles to ensure the meet runs smoothly for all athletes. We need your help to cover these open positions listed in SwimTopia:

🎟 Free Admission Roles (Still Needed):

• 1 HyTek Results Verifier
  This is a seated job where you simply double-check printed results for accuracy—no experience or technical knowledge needed!
• 3 Officials
  We’re waiting to hear if you’ll split the meet in half or rotate through, but we need three volunteers committed to this vital role.
• 6 Second Half Timers
  First half is already covered, but we need more help to keep the second half running on time.

🐥 Team-Specific Roles (No Free Admission Included):

These are quick, fun ways to support the team—perfect if you’re already planning to attend:

• 2 Duck-O-Gram Sellers (During Warmups)
• 2 Duck-O-Gram Runners to Tents
• 1 First Half Duck-O-Gram Runner
• 2 Second Half Duck-O-Gram Sellers
• 1 Second Half Duck-O-Gram Runner (may be cut if we sell out)
• 2 Second Half Duck-O-Gram Sellers/Teardown (may be cut if we sell out)
• 2 More Second Half Line-Up Helpers
