In an effort on my short break to get this out I missed fixing a date in the email and it's caused some confusion for All Stars. Please see the updated email below.

Also we still need the following volunteers now:
1 more official (although 2 preferred)
1 more 2nd half timer
1 person to proof results (again this is a sitting job!)
1 more line-up person in the 2nd half
A few more parents to help with duck deliveries.

If you are a family who hasn't volunteered yet this season, please consider doing so. It is imperative to run a successful meet! And if we can't fill a role we have to put a coach in to fill it (which we don't want to do).

Dear Marlins Families,

We’ve reached the exciting final lap of our summer swim season – Divisionals are this Saturday, July 19th, hosted at the Dauphin Pool! Below are all the details you need, including meet timing, volunteer needs, and an important heads-up about potential All-Star changes.

🌟 DIVISIONALS MEET INFO
📍 Location: Dauphin Pool – 590 Claster Blvd, Dauphin, PA
💵 Admission: $5 per person (12 & under free)
🍩 Concessions: Full stand + Auntie Anne’s, Kona Ice, and ToEspresso Coffee Truck

🕕 Key Times:

• Gates Open: 6:15 AM
• Mt. View Warm-Ups: Arrive by 6:40 AM (our warm-up is 6:50–7:10)
• Optional Sprint Warm-Ups (no full warm-up): 7:50–8:05 – starts only
• Scratch Meeting: 7:30 AM
• Officials Meeting: 7:45 AM
• Timers Meeting: 7:55 AM
• Meet Begins: 8:15 AM

🛠️ VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED
We must fill the following roles to ensure the meet runs smoothly:

• ✅ Results Proofer (sitting job!)
• ✅ 2nd Half Line-Up Parent
• ✅ 2nd Half Officials (x2)
• ✅ 2nd Half Timer 
• Duck helpers (this is a fundraiser for the team!)

🏅 ALL-STARS: SUNDAY JULY 20th – WEATHER BACK-UP PLANS
This year’s All-Star meet has 4 possible formats based on weather and facility availability. If Options C or D would make your swimmer unable to attend, especially if you’re only available in the morning, please email me immediately so we can plan accordingly.

Here are the options:

🅰️ Option A: Normal meet format (as scheduled in the packet with a 9:20 AM hour start)
🅱️ Option B: Start time bumped up to 8:00 AM (warm-ups at 6:00, no separate starts, no mid-meet break)
🅲 Option C: Delayed start – meet begins at 2:00 PM (warm-ups at noon, no mid-meet break)
🅳 Option D: Move to Lebanon Valley College with split sessions

• Boys: Warm-ups at 6:00 AM, meet at 7:30 AM
• Girls: Warm-ups at 11:00 AM, meet at 12:30 PM
  Note: LVC is a 6-lane pool with limited spectator space

Again – if you’ve said “yes” to All-Stars but would not be available under Options C or D, email me now.
