I wanted to reach out and make sure what you submitted with Divisional Entries still holds true about your practice availability. 

For AM we are going at 8:00-9:00 AM for everyone (Different for Wednesday due to number of coaches)
For PM we are going at 8 PM (see more below)

NOTE: We will NOT practice tomorrow (Monday) enjoy your day off and recover!

AM ONLY:  Caitlyn, Callista, Emily, Shep
PM ONLY: Annabel, Bria, Erin, Natalie

Ideally we would like to try to get the relays together at least one day this week to practice but that doesn't look like it's feasible for the 8 & Under Girls Medley. We would aim to have this on Thursday practices. 

If your plans have changed please let me know so we can adjust as necessary. 

We are looking at a 8-9 practice time for AM (everyone). Wednesday will be slightly different and I'll talk to each of you on Tuesday about it for AM. 

For PM we are looking at 8-9 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. 

Again please confirm your submitted availability for this week
