Hello Families,

Thank you for your patience. Rather than scheduling multiple early pick-ups and then adding another round once championship t-shirts arrived, I decided to wait until everything was ready. I picked up the shirts today, so we are now set for distribution!

Please note:

• Even if you attended the banquet, you still have items to pick up.
• Mini Team members also have items to collect.

Pick-Up Times & Locations:

• Saturday, August 23 – 11:00–11:40 AM (Pool parking lot)
• Sunday, August 24 – 8:05–8:30 PM (Pool parking lot)
  (I will be guarding before this, so I’ll only be available once the pool closes.)
• Wednesday, August 27 – 8:00–9:00 AM (Lenkar Park – next to pool)
• Thursday, August 28 – 8:00–9:00 AM (Lenkar Park – next to pool)
• Friday, August 29 – 6:00–7:30 PM (Lenkar Park – next to pool)
• Saturday, August 30 – 11:00–11:40 AM (Pool parking lot)
• Sunday, August 31 – 11:00–11:40 AM (Pool parking lot)

Additional Notes:

• If you still owe fundraising amounts, please bring it to your pick-up.
• Parent-ordered shirts are also available for those that ordered them (Strouse, Maurer, Hood, Molinero, Peisner, Sterbinsky, Feaser, Lawson). The final cost is $12.00 per shirt (check or cash).

After this round of pick-ups, I’ll decide whether to add more times or connect directly with families who still need items.

Thank you for working with the schedule. Please remember that while I may be on deck covering lifeguard shifts, I cannot do pick-ups during those times—only at the listed windows above.
