Hi Marlin Families!

We are getting closer and closer to another awesome summer season, and we have a few important reminders and updates to share!

First the start of season in the evening for our regular team can be a bit unpredictable with the weather (and temperatures). Please make sure to check your emails if their is cold or rainy weather to ensure that we are still holding it. 🩱 Team Suits – Order Deadline May 20

If you plan to order a team suit through our vendor T&T, all orders must be placed by Wednesday, May 20th.

Our team suit this year features a black design with a teal logo — we are excited to see everyone rocking the new look this summer!

The SwimOutlet team store is also open for all your other swim needs, and for those interested, we kept the old (last years) team suits available there as well this year.

💰 Fundraising Information

For families who did not select the fundraising buyout during registration, we are happy to share our first fundraisers. 

Mini Team families do not have a fundraising requirement, but you are always welcome to participate if something interests you — we truly appreciate all support of the Marlins! 

And for those who did choose the fundraising buyout, you are still more than welcome to participate too — even if you are simply purchasing items for your own family. Every bit of support helps our team continue to grow and thrive!

🥪 R&K Subs Fundraiser

Our first fundraiser of the season is R&K Subs! Prices are listed on the order form. 

• Orders Due: June 3rd
• Delivery Date: June 11th at 9:00 AM during practice at the pool
• Profit Earned: $2.25 per sub or pretzel sandwich sold

🥢 Egg Rolls & Duck Sauce Fundraiser

Our second fundraiser is Egg rolls from the Egg Roll Lady! Prices are listed on the order form. 

• Orders Due: June 24th
• Delivery Date: July 15th (time TBD)

Profit breakdown:

• Duck Sauce:
  • $0.50 per small
  • $1.00 per large
• Egg Rolls:
  • $2.00 per half dozen original or veggie
  • $2.50 per dozen original or veggie
  • $2.50 per half dozen specialty egg rolls

If you will be heading out on vacation, you are absolutely welcome to turn orders in early.

We kindly ask that all families total their order sheets before turning them in so we can ensure everything is accurate and organized.
