Hello,

Just a friendly reminder about the Rock Solid Hope rock painting event today from 4:30–6:30pm in honor of Jenna Lawson along with an ice cream social. 

We will still be having things in the pool but with the ongoing cloudiness, and coaches coming in at different times today we plan to make it focused on turns and finishes more than a formally structured workout practice.

We also hope you plan to drop in to the Rock Solid Hope Event. Don't feel obligated to attend in water if you'd like to be at the rock painting event for the full time.
