Meet sign-ups are now OPEN for all dual meets and nearly all of our invitationals! 🎉 [There may be some changes on invitationals but details are pretty final for most]

We know many families head off on vacation as soon as school lets out, so we're opening everything early this year. If you already know your swimmer will be attending—or won't be attending—please take a few minutes to submit your RSVPs as soon as possible for our dual meets (you can change them later).
Trust us, the first week of the season gets busy fast, and tracking down missing RSVPs is one of the least exciting events on the coaching schedule. 😄

🏊 Saturday Dual Meets
Dual meets are our regular Saturday competitions and are included with your team registration.
✅ No additional cost
✅ Coaches choose all individual events and relays
✅ Great way to qualify for championships
⏰ RSVP deadline: 11:00 PM the Wednesday before each meet [First one is due Wednesday June 10th!]
When you RSVP "Yes," SwimTopia will also prompt you to volunteer. Our meets simply cannot happen without parent volunteers, and we appreciate everyone helping make race day a success! Please note we need many many more volunteers for Saturday June 27th than any other meet...especially with tear down!
🏆 Championship Qualification Reminder
For the third straight year, swimmers may qualify for Divisionals by participating in:
✔️ 2 Dual Meets
OR
✔️ 1 Dual Meet + 1 Invitational
While we'd love to see everyone at every dual meet, we know vacations, camps, and family plans happen. Opening invitationals early helps everyone stay on track for championship eligibility.
📅 Our biggest dual meet of the season will be July 11 at Heatherfield!
⭐ What Are Invitationals?
Invitationals are optional meets held during the week, usually in the evening. You do not have to attend but they are great events! If you are a new swimmer we highly encourage the Novice Meet.
Unlike dual meets:

💵 There is an entry fee
📅 Entry deadlines are often 1-2 weeks before the meet
🏊 Relays may be available if enough swimmers participate
Most invitationals cost $5 per event. Once entries close, we'll send participating families an email with the amount owed.

Deadline: June 18
A great meet for our younger swimmers (10 & under only).
Choose your own events and indicate whether you're interested in relays.
🔄 Hummelstown Relay Meet
Monday, June 29
Deadline: June 21
One of our swimmers' favorite meets every year!
Features traditional relays plus some fun specialty and mixed-gender relays.
When signing up, please leave a comment indicating whether you'd be willing to swim 3, 4, 5, or 6 relays.
🏅 Dauphin Pentathlon
Wednesday, July 1
Deadline: June 23
This special memorial meet honors a longtime local swim coach.
Important notes:
✔️ Swimmers compete in all five events
✔️ Flat entry fee
✔️ Strongly recommended only for swimmers who are legal in all four competitive strokes

🎆 LEBY Summer Splash
Friday, July 3
New meet this season! We are willing to go if there is interest.
We don't have full details yet, but it is an evening meet. Registration will likely close around June 24.
🌟 Devon Crest Novice Meet
Tuesday, July 7
Deadline: June 28
If your swimmer is:
✔️ In their first swim season
✔️ Summer-only
✔️ Not a regular winter swimmer
...this meet is for them! [Please read the meet information to determine your eligibility if your swimmer practiced this winter but did not do any meets]
We strongly encourage all eligible swimmers to attend. The Marlins have historically had tremendous success at this meet, bringing home team trophies and individual high-point awards.
🏆 Those trophies in our locker room? Many came from this meet!
🚀 Willowood Invitational
Wednesday, July 8
Deadline: June 22
Recommended for swimmers who are not eligible for the Devon Crest Novice Meet because they swam during the winter season.
A few things to know:
⚡ Meet can run late
⚡ Butterfly events are often after 10 PM
⚡ Weather delays are fairly common (last year the meet was cancelled during 3rd warm-ups)
⚡ Entry fees are submitted well in advance and may not be refundable if the meet is canceled
If you're a first-year or summer-only swimmer, please talk with a coach before signing up.

ℹ️ Gary Shank Invitational
We have chosen not to attend the Gary Shank Meet in Carlisle as a team this year.
The meet is held on June 30 and takes place during the early afternoon/evening.
If your swimmer is interested in attending independently, please contact a coach and we'll point you in the right direction.
