Hello!

As a reminder tonight starts our evening only practice group practices (normal practices start tomorrow AM). We do have a larger group this year and ask that if you are seeking certain days due to camps or other conflicts you talk well in advance so we can ensure we have the coaches. 

If you are not registered as evening only you should not be attending this evening. 

We will be sending another email later regarding seating/observation reminders during practices. But in short pleaee sit at the picnic tables by concession stand or in the Pavillion. 

This Thursday 6/11 we cannot take anyone that did not register as evening only due to coach staffing.

As a reminder our evening practices occur: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday that start at 8 PM. Per pool policies here are the regular reminders: 

You may NOT enter the pool area until 10 minutes before practice starts if you are not a pool member.

The pool is often doing cleaning and closing up for the night and we do not want to disrupt their operations.

Additionally, you may not get in the pool until it's time to start practice if you are not a pool member.

We prioritize attendance/space for evening practices first for those who registered as evening only, but we often get asks from our morning families about coming to evening practices certain weeks due to camps. We can not always accommodate this. In order to help us plan if we can accommodate those requests if you are registered as evening only and know any dates/weeks you will not be attending please let us know in advance.
