Can you please share the following information with your teams?

Parking:

Spectator parking will be available at the high school. Crossing guards will be there to assist with crossing the street from about 2:30pm to 6:00pm.

There is parking on Sage Street and back through that new neighborhood, but I am not sure how much longer we are going to get away with that before people start complaining, but who knows.

Coaches and Volunteer parking will be at the swim club parking lot. There will be an attendant there who will be checking your name against the volunteer list. If you are not on it, you cannot park there.

Handicapped parking will be available at the swim club parking lot. You will be required to have a placard or have it stated on your license plate. There will be spots marked off with cones for the handicapped parking. The cone just needs to be moved and brought into the club main entrance.   

Admissions:

Gates will open at the pool at 3:30pm.  

Spectators will use the gates around the side of the pool on Sage Street.  

Volunteers will enter through the main gates to the pool.   

Handicapped persons will also be able to enter through the main gate, but will need to pay admissions there.

Cost for spectators is $5 at the gate. Children 10 and under are free. There will be no cost for programs. There will be a QR code to download them digitally. Forms of payment include, cash, check (written to Middletown Swim Team) and Venmo for both admissions, concessions and spirit grams. Only cash for the 50-50 raffle.

We do have an ATM machine on site.

Team set up:

We will set up our team's tents closest to the seeding area for the swimmers. Your teams are over by the flagpole and elsewhere throughout the club.

Session 1 3:30pm to 3:50pm

Lanes 1-3 MDT

Lanes 4-6 HST

Session 2 3:50pm to 4:10pm

Lanes 1-3 WWD

Lanes 4-6 ACL

Session 3 4:10pm to 4:30pm

Lanes 1-4 MTV

Lanes 5-6 HEA

Session 4 4:30pm to 4:50pm

Lanes 1-4 DC

Lanes 5-6 DST

Scratch Meeting 4:20pm by HyTek

Timers Meeting 4:40pm by HyTek

Officials Meeting 4:50pm by HyTek

Meet starts at 5:00pm by HyTek

Additionally, we are in need of a few volunteers if you don't mind requesting some help from your teams, that would be great! They will get free admission.

First half:

Second half:

2 Officials

4 Timers (3 can be older swimmers and we need 1 adult)
