If you were at Banquet you know that one of our items did not come in for the banquet in time (the PJ pants), and if you missed banquet you have items to pick up. 

If you have outstanding fees you were messaged by Ali Sterbinsky and you must remit your owed fees before getting your items (can be done at time of pick-up). Most individuals this is owed fundraising fees. 

Over the course of the next 4 weeks I am offering the following pick-up times at the pool, some days are TBD as I am not sure if I will be at the pool that day or not. If there is bad weather a notification alert will be sent if a time is changed/cancelled. 

• Tuesday August 11th 8:15 PM-9:00 PM
• Friday August 14th 8:00-9:00 AM
• Sunday August 16th 8:15-9:00 PM
• Week of August 17th TBD dates and times 
• Week of August 23rd TBD dates and times
• Week of August 21st TBD dates and times
• Sunday August 6th 8:15-9:00 PM
• Monday August 7th  10:00-11 AM & 8:15-9:00 PM   FINAL PICK UP DAY
  

You do not need to let me know which date and time you will be coming, but please note that these dates and times given are firm. Please do not show up during the pool hours to pick up then.

When you come to pick up items please let us know if you already received the any part of your gift yet. 

Again, please come pick up your items as you will be given at least 8 opportunities. Selfishly I would like to be able to utilize the trunk part of my car sooner rather than later!
